Rush Limbaugh, humanitarian that he is, has offered to help Donovan McNabb and Terrell Owens settle their dispute. The obvious question that comes up here is "Huh?", along with "What the hell...?" and "Why?"

Are his ratings slipping? Is he getting desperate? What the hell's going on?

He says he can help because "he's been there." Fine. I'll give him that. But still. Isn't this just a little...oh...out of nowhere?

No.  He is a football fanatic.  Are you perhaps referring to the nonissue of him accusing the media of promoting McNabb as the Black QB?

If so, please research what he said.

There were a lot of disputes in football this year. Noble Rush didn't offer to mediate between Brett Favre and Javon Walker. He didn't offer to mediate between Randy Moss and Daunte Culpepper. He didn't offer to mediate between Terrell Owens and Jeff Garcia. I'm not referring to the non-issue, but I kind of wonder if he is. It's a little convenient that he waited until there was a dispute involving Donovan McNabb to become such a "helpful" football fanatic, don't you think?

Well, sarcasm is his game.  He now thinks he is McNabb's pr person as since that whole thing, McNabb has been doing great.  So tongue in cheek, he figures that he can settle it.

Short sentence. It is a joke son!  Seriously.

Well, not to burst his bubble, but regardless of what he said, McNabb was doing great before he said that too.

I got three reasons right here.

1.Rush is looking for free publicity.
2.His ratings are down.
3. He's an attention loving media whore.

Better recheck your arbitrons.

Nothing against #3 though, huh?

T-O's an ego-maniac. I'd want someone helping me wade through his arrogant garbage.

or number 1.  I think he would probably agree with 1 and 3, and who am I to argue when Liberals agree with Rush Limbaugh?

But just a suggestion.  Check out his story in his site and see what you think.  The AP story was a 30 second sound bite.

What's there to wade through? You tune him out.
